These pretty sparkly pins are handcrafted using crystal rhinestone navettes and shell pearls. Shell pearls are man-made pearls created by using the shells of pearl producing mollusks. The inner lining of the shells are used, known as mother-of-pearl, which is ground to a fine powder, shaped and coated with a natural nacre. These types of pearls have a nice weight to them similar to real pearls. These hair pins are available in silver or gold metal with white pearls. They work beautifully in up-dos, braids or buns, they can be worn scattered through out your hair or worn as a cluster of pins. Sold as a set of six (6) pins.
