Where do you ship from?

We are a Canadian company and ship from Langley, British Columbia. We are located right next to the Canada/US border and are able to use a local third party shipping partner that couriers our packages across the border to the nearest USPS office in Blaine Washington. This allows for faster shipping with no border customs delays at a lower cost for our customers. We ship from Langley, BC for deliveries within Canada as well as our other International shipments. 

Do orders come with tracking and insurance?

All shipments will have tracking and insurance. Once shipped we will send the tracking number and the name of the carrier so you can track your package. Insurance only covers the package while it is in transit, once it is delivered it is up to the buyer to make sure the package is retrieved quickly, so please provide a safe delivery address, stolen packages are not covered by insurance. Please make sure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase, once an order is shipped we can not make any changes to the delivery address. The telephone number of the buyer will be required by most shipping companies for delivery purposes. 

When will my order ship?

Production times can vary depending on the time of the year. During the busy wedding season production may be slower than off season. We will update production times on this site accordingly so they are as accurate as possible. 

Can we guarantee delivery times?

We can only guarantee when we will ship your order out, unfortunately delivery times are dependent on the carrier and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. We provide estimated delivery times given to us by our shipping companies, they are not guarantees. Supply chain disruptions, weather anomalies, labour issues, National & International holidays and incorrect shipping data can cause delays. Please make sure you allow plenty of time for your package to arrive.

Do we have to pay Customs and Duties fees for shipments outside of Canada?

For all International orders it is the customer's responsibility to pay all Customs duties and taxes upon receipt of the package. Please check with your local Government Customs agencies for estimated fees when importing goods into your country.
