REFUND POLICY
When choosing your accessories we kindly ask that you carefully review our policies and FAQs section prior to purchasing. We know it can be difficult to purchase online when it comes to colours and sizes, and knowing how to attach or wear accessories when you receive them. For bridal hair accessories we do recommend that you consult with your hair stylist first to make sure that the piece you wish to purchase will work with how you will be styling your hair on your wedding day. If you need more information than what is shown in the listings, please don't hesitate to ask, I am always happy to help.
RETURNS
Most of our items are made to order and time and materials go into the making of your order, because of this we do not offer purchases for try ons. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted and it will be shipped back to you at your expense. If we have not started production on the·order a request for a cancellation can be made for a full refund. We carefully pack all orders for safe shipping, in the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, we ask that you photograph the damage right away including the outer packaging if it is damaged before opening it. Do not remove it from the packaging, it absolutely must not of been tried on or worn to be eligilble for a return.
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving it for a return authorization and a return label. The return must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the return label. It must be packed with all tags and in the original packaging for a return. A return address will be provided to you, please do not ship to the address on the package as it could be one of our shipping companies address that does not accept returns.
